GENERAL LEGAL COUNCIL (GLC)

The General Legal Council regulates legal education and the legal profession in Ghana.

LEGAL AID COMMISSION

The Legal Aid Commission is mandated to ensure access to justice for the poor and vulnerable through free legal services.

NATIONAL LABOUR COMMISSION (NLC)

The National Labour Commission is an independent state funded labour dispute settlement mechanism.

COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS & ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE (CHRAJ)

CHRAJ is an independent constitutional body, created by Ghana's 1992 Constitution to promote and protect citizen’s rights with respect to human rights and administrative justice including public corruption.

INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN LAWYERS (FIDA) GHANA

FIDA Ghana is the Ghana affiliate of the International Federation of Women Lawyers engaged in the provision of free legal services, legal literacy, and outreach, gender and legislative advocacy among others for the benefit of economically challenged persons.

LAWYERS

Lawyers (solicitors and barristers) are trained and licensed to advocate on behalf of persons with legal issues.
